Just got back from Las Vegas Market, super hot described the 104 degree weather and the new showroom layouts.
Old favorites like Four Hands, Noir and Arteriors moved to bigger and better locations allowing them to share even more of their spectacular pieces. I especially loved the crafty art adorning the walls of the Four Hands space.

Global Views and A-Studio served up the glam, demonstrating that yellows, grays, oranges and precious metal finishes still rule the day.

I loved the upholstered pieces at Brownstone and Mobital, from modern to transitional, the lines were clean and the prices were affordable.
For outdoor, the children’s lounger at Kidcraft was a hit and Zuo Mod’s outdoor collection never disappoints.
New to market (or maybe just new to me) were Wendover Art Group and Chandra (rugs). One thing was more beautiful than the next at Wendover which had a “Natural Curiosites” feel to it, the peacocks and aquatics blew me away. At Chandra, I was delighted by brilliant, wool carpet and colorful, natural fiber wovens at synthetic prices.
Another favorite was the Mary McDonald collection at Robert Allen. I’m a sucker for a fancy, brass lamp and she nailed it with her latest!
Last but not least was the How to Get on TV, The Ultimate Marketing for Your Brand. I was a bit reluctant about presenting on Friday morning, thinking I’d have a max of 2 people in the audience. It was standing room only and the crowd loved celebrity interior designers and Design Camp Counselors Lisa Adams, Lori Dennis and Lonni Paul.
